I noticed, that I havent updated my journal for ages :D Sorry, I'm bad at it... So something new about me:

Yes, another hiatus in my dA activity, I know... nor for having problems being there, but have no time for art :( I finally gave up the "full time artist" idea. In this country, with this style it's impossible (and I don't want to leave my homeland like a lot of my friends did. Don't want to leave my home, my house, my girl, my entire life for something unknown in a far different country). So the commissions are suspended, it depends on how much freetime I have got. Not much, I started working in the metalworking industry. As a machinist, like Trevor Reznik in the movie, haha :D Hard work, good income, but nothing else. But from now, I can paint or draw whatever I want, I think this is the real artistic freedom for me, not depending anyone's idea. Yeah, there are a lot of plans for new artwork, really a lot... hope time will be enough.

Btw, I created a facebook page for my art. I decided to upload everything there almost I've ever made including artwork, commissioned work and not art-related commissions too, and update it as soon as I can. Feel free to like or share it. whatever... It's still under construction, but try to finalize.

I was interested in arts since the childhood, but I started drawing at the age of 16. It was just a hobby, but I wanted to improve my skills, so I practiced a lot, and studied arts in the local college. I graduated in 2009 as teacher of visual arts with bachelor degree.
In the first few years I only preferred black and white techniques, but my newer works are rather acrylic paintings. I like the strong shadings and color contrasts, which make the image more powerful, dynamic and expressive (instead of the contemporary minimalistic trends). Besides this, I also do digital art, especially manipulations from my own photos (no stocks, only own material). I have a photo account here: [link]
I prefer dark and surreal themes, because this is where I find myself and where I can express my feelings, even they are positive or negative. The so-called "dark and sick side" is also a part of human nature, so I think it has to be the part of art, too.
And I'm still trying to be better and better, going on my own way, searching for inspirations and artists who have similar view.

I accept commissions and interested in trading artwork. Price always depends on the picture size and complexity, and the material I use. PayPal accepted. Feel free to contact me here, or on Facebook, or by email if interested.
Thanks for the attention!

Question, not sure if I asked you this already.

Is your username inspired by Limbonic Art's album? :iconblackheartplz:
